This is the second time ordering these balloons. I loved them the first time. The second order hand long black hair in my balloon package. I mean a lot of hair, not a few strands but a bunch. Unhappy

RED BALLOONS
The red balloons was popping more then the black balloons, I blew up all 50 of my reds and maby almost half pop before my event even started. Black balloons was fine.
