Wow ... This sharpener is incredible. We own a mid-range knife set that has gotten dull over the past 5 years of household usage. Most pieces were starting to get dull to the point that they were dangerous to use or useless. Before spending $500+ to replace the set, I figured nothing to lose with the $24.99 I paid for this ... Right out of the box, 5 passes and the knife was as good as knew. I was able to do the entire set in less than 15 minutes and just like that, no need for new knives.Went into my shed and broke out older knives that I used for outdoor grilling, brought those back from the dead! I highly recommend these knives to ANYONE. Easy to use, affordable, effective. Easily the best $25 spent in 2025.

Super easy to use. Creates a very sharp edge after just a few minutes. And, its small compact size makes it a breeze to store in a kitchen drawer---ready for its next sharpening job! So glad I saw it reviewed on Cook's Kitchen and ordered it from Amazon.

I saw this simple gadget on an episode of America's Test Kitchen. It's the raters' budget buy at around $12. Don't let that price tag discourage you from considering this handy little gadget as it is indeed a good buy! It did better than my three other knife sharpeners and it is a breeze to use. After a few passes, my chef's knife is definitely much sharper. It's so good I also bought the company's garden tool sharpener.

This is an excellent product. Just a few swipes and slices even a soft tomato clean and easy like using a razor blade

Being a butcher of many years, I keep multiple knives in use for many hours a day. The AccuSharp 15deg sharpener is a wonderful tool which can get my knives very sharp in a short time. I love it's portability, value, and functionality. The carbide blades will sharpen my hard steel knives with no problem. I still use my 3 stage stone and 3 stage electric at home. I keep this jewel in my knife roll pocket for times when a steel isn't "cutting it".

So easy to use and does a great job. I don't have super expensive knives and this sharpener keeps them nice and sharp. This is my 2nd one and the first one lasted for 10 years.

Very effective on household kitchen knives. I have used on straight edge and serrated edge blades. Works well on all large and small blades and is very safe. It is small and handheld and very safe to use. Can be stored easily in a kitchen drawer. I would recommend.
