I swear that for the last two years I have looked at two or three places on my inside windshield that always bother me. As I have gotten older it seems that reaching those places was just not worth the trouble. I now know just what I have been missing. I have enjoyed how easy the car window washer works and it makes it so easy for me to reach every where on the windshield to get to the streaks and spots. I am now looking through clean windows for the first time in a long time, and enjoying every minute of it. Even my wife is happy now that the drivers side is clean too. I keep the Windshield Wizard in my car, and am always on guard to keep everything spotless. Thank you for making my life easier. Works as advertised, I promise.

A wizard it is not. It doesn't seem to be well made. I unboxed it, put in water and It will not even spray. The bonnets are so thin I feel like I am going to rip them putting them on. It is just a cheaply made "as seen on TV" product.

With my initial order, I had to return it because the sprayer function did not work, Contacted the company and a second one arrived and guess what; the sprayer didn't work on it either. I will keep them both. I use them to clean my car windows by adding a small amount of liquid for a perfect clean. The other wand I use to clean the mirrors and windows inside my home which is great.

To unfold for use, you're supposed to unfold until you hear a click sound. I did that but it doesn't stay. It appears that I can use it upsidedown, as it's like an elbow that doesn't bend backward, so I can actually use it. Otherwise, the handle folds up the minute I apply pressure to the windshield. It's either a major ripoff or this one is defective.

If you have a big windshield on your vehicle this tool allows you to have that extra length to your arm to get the task done. I have physical difficulties and can not reach parts of the windshield. This tool is easy to use and saves me from having to wait for assistance to complete the task. It also works well on mirrors & other windows as well. I love it as I can reach my bathroom mirrors and other windows without climbing on a stool so I consider this a "safety" tool.

I ordered a couple of these recently (one for each vehicle) after hubby saw an ad on TV. As always, the order arrived as expected. I opened the first one and followed the extremely simple instructions exactly, but could not get ANY water to come out the spray tip, regardless of the angle I held it or how many times I pushed the spray button. I finally tried the second one thinking the first might have been defective, and had the exact same results. No water would come through the tube that goes to the spray tip. I could feel air coming out of the tip when I held it very close to my face, but could not get water into the tube. I finally got online to see if others had similar problems and found nearly everyone did. How did they say to resolve the problem? SUCK on the end of the spray tip to get water into the tubing so you could spray the windshield. THAT'S WHERE I DREW THE LINE! I've never ever had to suck on ANY spray nozzle to get liquid to come out the tip and you shouldn't have to with this device either!! HORRIBLE ENGINEERING! I will be throwing both in a box tomorrow to return. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
