Wow! So, I'm a swimmer and for over 10 years I periodically swim what I call a 2,000 yard push. I swim 2,000 yards in the pool as quick as I can. As I age it gives me an idea on how my stamina and performance are holding up. I've been taking BIOM's NAD+ for about a month and last week I swam a PR by over a minute in my 2,000 yard push, and just to make sure it wasn't a fluke I swam it again last night and the times were within seconds of each other. Nothing else is different in my diet or supplements except the NAD+. I also wear a Garmin Fenix 5 watch which tracks my swim yardage and it was 2,000 yards. I'm going to be 55 soon, so swimming my best times as I age in fun! I also track my REM/Deep sleep with my watch and I've noticed since taking BIOM's NAD+ my combined deep/REM sleep has increased by around an hour a night. I really recommend this product as I've seen tangible results.

We have been on this product for a few months now, and love how it makes us feel...when we can get the spray delivery system to work right. It's taste is surprisingly good, and it makes us feel less hungry and with more energy. No matter how we store it, it ends up crystalizing, thus making the spray delivery system worthless, so we end up having to "sip" it, making us go through a bottle much faster. PLEASE...to whomever makes the spray system...please make it so even if it ends up crystalizing, it will still be able to spray into our mouths as directed. Otherwise...FIVE stars for how it works!

I found out that NAD+ key role in metabolism by helping to turn nutrients into energy and it also boost the functions of sirtuins, longevity enhancing genes. Past few years, For me, NAD+ precursor products to boost NAD+ levels did marginal or no benefit. Looking for pure NAD+ product and stumpled on this one. Tried for a month, real improvement in the quality of my sleep, daily energy levels is pretty high, with no more afternoon slumps. I do take other supplements also, so cannot pin point to this one; but really feel this complement the benefits of other supplements that I take.

I was taking another NAD supplement which was ok; ordered this to try a pure sublingual NAD+. They do care about shipping the product in coldpack. Tried this one for few weeks; I’ve experienced more energy and endurance during physical exercise. It also helped me with restful sleep.  Good so far. I will keep taking it for few more months....

It had no effect on me> other than the mysterious swelling in my legs, which I can't exactly hold biom responsible for.

I had higher hopes, it seems like sugar water spray.
