This bamboo steamer is exactly what e wanted. It fits perfectly on our 20cm cooking pot so no need to buy additional items. It is recommended not to put it in water to prolong its use. Initially, when used the first time, there is a strong bamboo smell as the pot heats up; this soon disappeared. I love the three-tier because you can put various items in each tier. We use it mainly for dumplings of different varieties and they always come out perfect. We use a silicone sheet for easy cleaning but it is not necessary.The seller's communication is very good and they are keen to follow up in case anything goes wrong. I ould recommend this product.

Have used my steamer baskets a few times now (for dumplings) and they've been easy to use, fit together well, and are easy to clean. Just what I was looking for and am very satisfied with my purchase. Also they are true to size and fit well in my pans.

They need to dry out completely.Also lid is bit fiddly to get on sometimes needs a bit of pressure

This three tier bamboo steamer is well put together and appears to be made of good quality bamboo. We have used it once to date to steam some dumplings and the results were excellent.One of the reviews I read prior to purchasing was in relation to the metal components and whether they would rust. Clearly they will not as the metal components are stainless steel. I would therefore highly recommend this product to others.

This bamboo steamer looks good and sturdy. It's a Christmas present for some one so I can't comment on how it is to use. Delivery was as expected.

Always wanted a bamboo steamer, so took the plunge. Seems quite sturdy, only problem I see with it is it doesn't sit on pan very snuggly but that might just be my saucepan

Used the 1st use, the rim split and a long piece of bamboo popped out; also, trays and lid don't fit each other anymore and can't stack them up since then. Total waste of money.
