I was under the impression this was going to last me longer than a week . To fill up a 60 ozs water bottle , per their instructions , you have to fill it up the cap line . I need electrolytes daily so in the long run this isnt the really best bang for your buck .

I need to be drinking electrolytes due to a medical condition. Unfortunately, most artificial sweeteners both taste gross to me and upset my stomach. Until now, I've been stuck drinking full sugar gatorade, and getting annoyed every time I tried a new drink mix that proudly advertised "no artificial sweeteners!" only to find out they used tons of stevia (which I also can't tolerate) instead.Not this one! IT IS NOT SWEET, which is preferable to me. The liquid mixes into my water and other drinks easily, and the flavor is very mild - just a slight lemony tang, very inoffensive. I can drink as much of it as I want without worrying about the sugar content, and I am already feeling better because of it. And the price is very reasonable, for the larger bottles! Would definitely recommend to anyone who is tired of overly sweet sports drinks.

Really useful product if you are wanting to up your blood pressure if you suffer from low blood pressure problems. It helps me to get enough salt during the day by combining drinking this in my water as well as eating salty foods.
