Good product, quality ingredients

Recommended by someone else and so far i like them. Also bought Max for women for wife an daughter to try them. I think they also give you more energy and that’s why i think we found our new multivitamin.

I spent entirely too much time looking for a replacement for the NOW Special Two supplements that I took for over a decade. After all my study, this one came out on top and it’s so far been outstanding.

I have used this product for years, so I can't say how I would feel if I were suddenly to stop taking it. But the list of ingredients is the most complete and high-potency I've found. I'm sure, as some maintain, a lot of the vitamins we take are simply flushed out of the body, but the point is that any nutrients you are missing in your diet will be covered by a complete vitamin/mineral supplement such as this. It's nutritional insurance, especially for anyone like me who tries to limit their caloric intake to avoid weight gain. I don't know how much of a factor this product has been, but consider that I'm a 68-year-old man who so far doesn't need to take any prescription medications.

If you search around, you'll find in recent years, many studies have found multivitamins don't really have any clear beneficial effect.[...]So why do I take these? Well, in most cases a vitamin once in a while can't hurt. After reading lots about vitamins, including the potential for too much of Vitamin A (need to take it in Beta Carotene to avoid build-up) and E, based on numerous studies/articles I found the make-up of this product to be impressively well balanced and well thought-out.Although the dosage is 2 pills, there is PLENTY of dosage in just one in my opinion. I actually just take a half (kind of hard to swallow) and still end up getting close to if not well over 100% of many of the vitamins and minerals. I think of it as a little insurance policy in case my diet gets a little out of whack at times. But to be honest, I'm probably not significantly better off with them except I "think" they provide a benefit.If you're a man, then I don't think there's a better formula on the market then these.

I have been using this for years! And I have not found anything, for the same value, that's better.
