Had a go with this product in order to try and up my electrolytes while cycling in order to avoid cramping on long rides, and it seems to work very well in this context. This product was parrticularly attractive given that I have hypertension and am trying to minimise my consumption of sodium ... these provide a good mix of esential electrolytes with significantly less sodium than typical sports drinks.The one issue with these sachets (which are small, light and perfect for putting in your pocket to take with you on a ride) is that this format is a lot more expensive than buying the tubs which are a whole lot less convenient. Bring down the price of the sachets and would definitely be 5 stars.

Great product. Love the taste. But. Very expensive and only 18 sticks in the packet which is a bit rubbish consider the price

Only tried one, as just arrived but was a lovely flavour and dissolved easily. Quite expensive for what they are and very small, time will tell. Fast delivery and well packed.
