Fed up of my storage gazebo "walking" round its 4 supplied ground anchors every time there's a high wind. The addition of multiple extra strong / extra long tent pegs on the 4 unanchored legs did nothing to help, thanks to the soggy ground.These ground anchors appear strong, and twist into the ground fairly easily. I have severe arthritis and weakness in my hands (female, mid 60s), so found the triangular tops rather difficult to use: although I could get a firm, comfortable grip, there was only enough space for one hand. (Using a short stick through the triangle didn't help, as it was fouled by the gazebo legs.) For a younger and / or stronger person, this would probably not be a problem.The webbing straps are very long, and appear strong. The buckle is firm, but I had so much webbing left over (the gazebo bars being only 8" above the ground) that I was able to wrap and tie the extra length several times.The estimated delivery time was unexpectedly long, as these came from abroad - but they actually arrived the next day: well ahead of schedule!I can't say how well these ground anchors will hold up to strong winter winds and storms, because their delivery has coincided with calm, sunny weather; but I have high hopes that they'll prove better than the tent pegs at reinforcing the supplied ground anchors to hold the gazebo in place 🤞UPDATE one month onThese ground anchors have now held my gazebo firmly through Storm Bert, snow, and general windy winter weather. They've done a good job, and so far neither they nor the gazebo have suffered any damage.

Loved how easy these were to secure in the ground. With the clay soil and the lack of rain from the heatwaves we have had recently I soaked the ground with water making the insertion easier and now my garden arch is secured and not moving anywhere.

Held the trampoline down well all winter so did the job perfectly.

Do exactly what they say in the box; anchor a 10ft trampoline even in storms!

I use these to anchor my kids swings to the ground. Great alternative to concrete when you need to actually move them about. The swings are rock solid and going no where! They've stood up to 100mph winds so I'd say they're safe!
