Out of balance, the valves are not been at a 90-degree they're actually bent forward which I had to do a little finagling and bend them the correct direction, traction seems to be okay I'll drive on some pavement, I haven't been out in the damp or wet yet, time will tell, update 12/12/20 so went out for a ride and wow, they are way out of balance! Felt like the off road tires I took off! Sad thing is that I will be stuck with him because I have to take off and I won't be back in time for returns, would not recommend these tires.2/24/2021 returned long time ago and company keeps telling me to return them, I don't know what ups is doing with them, but they charged my card again, so have to get on them...

The valve stem on the tube does not come as advertised straight at 90 degrees. Because of this it does not fit through the spot on the wheel therefore I can not use it. I thought the first one I thought I may have got a mistake so I exchanged it for a new one and the replacement was even worse.
