Perfect for class, but...
Perfect for my AP Biology classes... however... it was a headache trying to get all my students (77 students) to buy their own. My students are from a low income community--next time, we will just use composition books. The journal is just too expensive for my demographics of kids, plus in college, professors and TAs expect lab reports to be typed now (really, scientific journals and research are typed usually). I wish I just had my students type from the get-go, but the product is beautiful and works exactly like it should.

excellent! seems designed for right hand side page use
tried this book bc of carbon copy tech and it's fantastic.from my lens, this book is primarily designed for right hand side note taking. detached pages likely for assistant instructions who come back and mark when done.if you regularly use same notebook without carbon, this one isn't entirely conducive for writing on the back of carbon copy. you can but with a soft tip pensmall point, not a deal breaker, you need a heavier piece of paper/manila folder to ensure notes don't press through to other pages. the book does not have a flip page for this.i wholeheartedly recommend but give four stars only because i often work in my lap and the book seems to work best on a bench

Great for Chemistry Class
It is really cheap to get these online than it is to get it on your campus.Pros:Large Sized Sheet ( I went through only half of the book while my classmate had to buy a second book of a different kind of composition book)Already NumberedCarbon Copy (in the long run this is cheaper and more efficient than to have to copy the page at the already busy school printer or costly ink purchases for your home printer)Cons:You may want to write to always make sure your writing is going through as you may sometimes not write hard enoughOverall, I would HIGHLY suggest any of my classmate to get one of these instead of the other kinds of composition lab notebook.

Best Lab notebook buy for a class!
For $21 the is the Best Carbonless Copy/duplicate Lab Notebook on the market.Pros:-Water resistance fabric on binding, protects from water and chemical spills and manhandling.-Thick water resistance cardboard shell, with sticker on front to notate info.-First Page is a table of contents, again with fabric binding and a hard cardstock/cardboard page.-Perforated pages, which tear out easily. Yet, strong enough they haven't torn out on accident while writing in lab notebook.-Only Grid and page numbers on carbonless copy pages!-No additional tables, conversions so it can be used for my pre-lab quizzes!Cons:-The page divider in back was not perforated and difficult to ripe out for useage.(Infact, I didn't remove it for fear of ripping. Also the cardboard in the back of the notebook added to it's structural integrity. I used a laminated periodic table on cardboard that I used instead-no bleed through to other pages.)-No periodic table or extras in this lab notebook. I prefer it this way. Other might wish for more!

Damaged cover
Does not look very nice, the cover was damaged already when I opened the packaging. However, since I am an unlucky college student who has a lab tomorrow I will be using this anyway.
