I’m a redhead who loves the sun. Who’s allergic to EVERYTHING … including too much sun and most commercial sunscreen ingredients. As such, I doubt anyone has tried more different sunscreens than me. After a lot of trial and error, I’ve learned I can only use all-natural mineral-based sunscreens. And since I love the ocean reef, thankfully these are also reef-safe. Blue lizard is easily the BEST reef-safe mineral sunscreen I have ever tried. While it’s thick, it rubs in and disappears well, and it stays on so well, even when in the water or when I sweat. Highly recommend!

This stuff provides long lasting protection, much longer then chemical sunscreens. The only downside is it burns my eyes really badly. I apply sunscreen to my face, then if I rub my eyes even hours later (and after washing my hands) it burns terribly. Because it doesn't absorb into the skin, it's very easy to get from the corners of your eyes into the eyes.

I have very sensitive skin and I break out if I use any normal sunscreen. It is not the easiest to spread but that comes with mineral sunscreen. Overall great product and glad it comes in 30spf

LOVE this sunscreen! Has the main ingredient sunscreen should have, ZINC OXIDE. Applies easy and doesn’t have a nasty smell to it like some sunscreens can. The cap/bottle also turn dark blue when you’re in ultraviolet light to let you know it’s not safe to be outside without sunscreen. A good reminder to reapply as well!

Excellent mineral based sunscreen. Really like not having to worry about applying nasty chemical-based creams on my skin. This cream is rather expensive but does rub in rather easily and provides plenty of sun protection.

This a super great SPF especially for sensitive skin. It is a mineral SPF so it can leave a white overcast if not rubbed in well.

It was easy to spread. Also just a dab-I am a person of color and too much will gray you. My skin is sensitive to the sun-I have rosacea and this protects my face. I have a tube for my face and one for my body.
