These are my husbands favorite flavor. He always feels hydrated and overall better after drinking them. It has one a day in a big gallon. I personally like two in the gallon for a stronger flavor.

I tried this for rehydrating after strenuous exercise, and it is perfect. Not too sweet and seems quickly absorbed by the body, restoring energy. Taste is very good, better than the other products which have been on the market for decades. I simply wish it were a little less expensive.

I read a lot of reviews saying that this didn’t taste very good but I think it taste quite good. My frame of reference is that I never drink sweet drinks. I decided to try this to stop my leg cramps when riding my bicycle. I only used this stuff once and I felt really great during my entire ride while drinking it.

I keep the Pedialyte Sport packs on hand all the time.Good for the hot days at the golf course in SC.Tastes good to me. Unlike regular Pedialyte.

The only problem I've had with these is a few of the packs have become solid, and when this happens I notice the taste is off. The other problem is I need scissors or a box-knife to open the pack, because the pouch doesn't open wide enough to get the clumped material out.Otherwise these work.... These have cured my headaches a few times and so far the Pedialyte Sport seems to be the most effective drink for curing headaches. I have given these to other people when they have a headache and sometimes this stuff works for them as well. This doesn't bother my stomach like bottled Pedialyte.The value of this stuff is poor. I really think this stuff should be a lot cheaper. Abbot has got to be making money hand over fist for this stuff.

The really work without all the hype and advertising. I use them on a daily basis and more when working in hot temperatures. Many reviews agree that they are the best.

Perfect for backpacking or other outdoor activities. Love this stuff. It tastes like the original G-ade from the 80's!

This is a wonderful great tasting hydration powder. I recommend using 12oz of water per individual use. As advised on the package. Also a word of caution, if you are on heart meds, be sure to speak with your Dr. prior to use, this is not medical advice, just information.
