Simply put...they simply work. Period.
Look...I am a simple man and these dang ear buds are about as simple as it gets. Plug them in and they work. Don't have to worry about bad or dropped Bluetooth connection. Don't have to worry about the damn battery going dead in the middle of a call. I use this all day every day for my video calls. Never have I ever had one problem. My outer ear structure is weird so I also appreciate the over-the-ear clip so they are more comfortable and stay on.

Mic quality with Zoom on PC is not defective; it's just a Zoom setting
I bought these to use on Zoom meetings at work in the office. I don't really like headphones that wrap around my head (especially for long periods of every day), and the earbuds I use to listen to music aren't great for me talking because their earplugs make me "hear my voice from inside my head" and even I hear myself swallow. These work great because they are not intended to push into your ear canal, so your ears aren't plugged and you can hear what's going on around you, like if a co-worker walked up and said something to you.The most important thing I want to let people know is about the mic quality with Zoom on a PC. Another reviewer said "Microphone doesn’t work well when connected to laptop- barely audible". I had the same problem. As I tested the earbuds (speaker) and the mic in Zoom, my voice was only picked up when I was speaking VERY loud. When talking normally, it cut out completely. They were unusable. I eventually went into Zoom's "advanced" audio settings and found a dropdown for "Signal processing by Windows audio device drivers". It had been set to "Auto" or "On (Windows - Default)", but I changed it to "Off (Windows - Raw)". When I went back to test the mic, it then worked perfectly and picked up all my normal or soft speaking. The voice playback is now great.

Phillips made a good product better
Bravo! I've always loved this design of this Phillips headphone - it gives better audio quality than any of the modern headphone\earbuds on the market right now. I guess Phillips owns thea patent on this speaker design or something, because I've only seen this model under the Phillips brand. Anyway they took this excellent design, which was previously available only as a regular headphone, and added a mic & volume controls. Now this superior headphone can also be used as a headset for voice calls. I was hoping Phillips would do this, as I've been looking for a good wired headset that has the unique speaker design of these buds. And now the exact product I wanted actually exists. That doesn't happen very often!

They do the job
They work for my purpose. I have to wear them over hearing aids for work.

much more comfortable than headphones
I've been using the Phillips ear phones for years. What I like is that it doesn't occlude your ear canal so it doesn't increase the pressure in your ear and doesn't transmit sounds of swallowing and it fits comfortably over your ear so it doesn't fall out like ear buds. If keeping your hair from getting messed up with headphones, this is yet another advantage. The microphone works very well and is much more discreet on video calls than having a microphone coming across your face from a headphone. The only drawback is that the wires for the left and right ear phone twist and have to be unwound occasionally. This seems a bit more frequent compared to the Phillips ear phones without a microphone (I have both types). Perhaps over time that gets better.

Ouch
Been tryin to find a dupe for the skullcandy chops flex sport earbuds because they stopped selling them a while ago. Got these, woke up in the morning with a pounding headache. They somehow manage to dig into the skin of your ears and fall out super easily, not to mention the big chunky seam lines and tiny flimsy wires.

Listen up
They work perfectly fine

Won't stay in place
I could not get these to stay in my ears. I'm sure a big part of is the size and shape of my ears, but you wouldn't be getting these if normal ear buds stayed in.The speaker circles are too large to go even the slightest bit into my ear canal. The behind the ear portion doesn't do anything to press them up against my ear canal. In practice they hand to my ears, with the speaker circle nowhere near my ear canal, usually at a 90 degree angle to it instead. I haven't bothered to try to return them as they aren't expensive enough to be worth the hassle, and instead threw them in the trash after a single attempt at using them.
