As decongestant medication goes: they're all mostly the same and work just fine, this one included.But a pleasant(?) side effect is that this decongestant keeps me awake ALL NIGHT LONG at work. Normally, I feel like nodding off halfway through my shift (which is from 10pm to 6am). But if I take one when I wake up, it keeps me awake for a long, long, time. In fact, these make me so alert that I'll just take the one pill and that's it for the day - no more - otherwise I'd never fall asleep when it's time for me to go to bed.

I was having trouble finding my usual 6hr decongestant and found this company and it's just what I needed when I need a short dose of decongestant, and it works nicely. I'll look to this company again, as it's also a good buy. Thank you!

I keep a lot of these decongestant pills on hand for when I can't breathe through my nose. They work really good.

Good price for a good product. I was unable to find these anywhere else. The only complaint I have is that it took awhile to arrive. Just glad I wasn’t actually unwell.

This works the same way as the brand medicine but at a lower cost and with way more pills! In this economy and day in age of sickness, this is a MUST for the average Jane's or Joe's medicine cabinet.

Excellent non-drowsy, non- jittery choice for nasal decongestion. Puts out sinus infections and general sinus issues quickly. Non-habit forming.

I love being able to pour these pills out of a bottle instead of pushing each and every tiny one out of individually packaged plastic. Less waste too. Much more economical by far!
