I’ve been using this chair for the past 6 months and here’s my honest take:1. Very Comfortable: The cushioning is soft and supportive, making it great for long hours of sitting.2. Smooth Wheels: The wheels roll quietly and effortlessly on both tiles and carpet.3. Hydraulic Functioning Well: The height adjustment is smooth and has worked perfectly without any issues so far.4. Has Basic Reclining Option: It does have a reclining feature, but it would’ve been even better if it allowed adjustable reclining angles for more flexibility.5. Great Support & Worth the Price: Haven’t faced a single issue in 6 months. Also, the support team was helpful during installation.

Putting it together is a breeze—clear instructions and minimal parts make the setup process quick and hassle-free.Where this chair falls short, however, is in the cushioning department. While it provides adequate seating, the comfort level isn’t quite there for extended use. The padding feels a bit firm, and over time, you may find yourself wishing for extra softness or ergonomic improvements. A bit more plushness would elevate the experience significantly.Overall, it’s a great chair for those prioritizing durability and easy assembly, but if supreme cushion comfort is a must, you might want to consider adding a seat pad or looking into an upgraded model.

The product is nice at this price but I did faced issue with one of the part just after 2 months. However I got the new part which is working fine for now. Also, it's a DIY product so they wouldn't provide technician but you can request paid one if you want.

Good chair, easy to set up and use. Comfortable and worthwhile. A few points: the quality of the hinges and bottom plates could have been better, as well as the screw placements.

It’s a good product and I’m using for my work from home setup. Really comfortable seats, I struggled a bit with DIY steps, and found the headrest quality not as excepted. Else its a good product.

No issue after using of 6 month, wheel is good enough but some time getting a "kitch" sound under part of seat, but overall good to use, thank you.

Overall it’s a good choice in this price with smooth rolling wheels and comfortable armrest. Seat cushion could definitely be improved. After extended periods of sitting, the cushioning feels a bit thin.
