I was actually shocked at how bad these were
UPDATED see below: I received these today. Very excited to try out a new brand, I opened them immediately and tried them. I followed the directions for how this particular brand wanted the pens to be used. Based on the reviews here I was expecting these to be amazing, and they are the worst paint pens I've ever tried. I don't know if I just got a bad batch or what. The first one I tried was the smallest black pen, I shook it, I uncapped it and held it upright for 2 seconds as the instructions said to, I pressed it to my scratch paper and pushed. On the first push a huge splat of black ink went everywhere. After I attempted to get black ink off of everything on my desk I then decided to try to use it in a drawing. I put it to my paper and tried to book in a drawing, but now it would not write at all, and so I reshook it and I repressed it against my scratch paper and then I was finally able to write but it kept stopping and sort of jumping and I wasn't even able to complete a straight line without it going nuts. So then I decided to pull out the big white pen and try it. Followed all the instructions again put it to my scrap paper and I decided to try it over top of a black doodle of a flower I had drawn weeks ago. It would not go over the black doodle at all...you could still see it completely after me trying four times letting it dry and trying again and it also picked up the black ink even though it had been dry for weeks... That's not really such a big deal I know how to clean the nib, but overall I am extremely disappointed. I had some more issues over and over again. Another thing I didn't like about them that most other paint pens do is when you're putting back on the cap there's a snap to let you know it's in place these don't do that, so I kept pushing and pushing because I'm worried that I'm not getting recap on tight enough. Anyway I guess you could say I am very disappointed.UPDATE: I decided instead of getting a refund to have a second set sent to me so that I could just make sure it wasn't the ones that I had gotten. I don't know what was wrong with that first set that I had, but the second set is completely different. They work great. The paint flow is still a lot heavier than other brands especially on the smaller pens, but for the most part I didn't have any of the problems I had with the first set. The inner plastic box was also different than the one I received with the first set so I'm definitely thinking I got ones from two different time periods or something. Anyway I like them now so I came back to change my one star review to a five star view. Also this set the caps do snap, the last ones I had did not so now I know for sure when I have them completely closed. It may seem like a small thing, but if you don't use them often enough they can leak or dry out if they're not completely closed, so it is important to me to not waste money on having to buy more.

Have been great for 3D prints
I bought these to use on 3D prints and they have worked very well. The black will often cover most colors in one coat, the white usually takes two. They dry quickly and seems durable as long as you're not rubbing anything on it. The variety of sizes is very helpful as well. I will definitely buy them again.

Satisfied.
They worked perfectly for a mixed media gift that I was working on. The midsized white pen broke open and spilled on me then first time I went to use it, but I still made do with the what I had. Will purchase again, but will be careful opening them!

Not Bad.
So I got these pens because I only needed black and white for my canvas painting. I have also never tried paint pens before, so this was my first time using some for a project as well. I didn't read most of the reviews and sort of wish I had, for I had a similar problem to some of the other people. One of the main reasons why this pack was enticing was due to the extra fine 0.7mm pen for tiny details. I followed the instructions to the letter before using the pen, shook it, vented it, and it kept drying out very quickly when I used it. It was not smooth in application and kept drying out no matter how much I tried to shake, vent, and write with it. It was mildly frustrating to say the least. It doesn't seem to want to work so that pen is essentially useless to me.The other pens though seemingly work nicely. I ended up using the 2.5mm pen to finish my project and turned out so much smoother to use. The pen seems slightly scratchy, but overall works well. The 0.7mm white worked well for me too and didn't seem to dry out like the black pen. I haven't gotten to fully use the other pens yet, but I broke them out to do tester swatches with just to make sure they didn't behave like the 0.7mm black pen. It seems like they work as intended and are nice and smooth and opaque. Honestly if the 0.7mm black pen didn't dry out, I would give this product a higher review, but as it stands I was slightly unimpressed and sort of wished I had gotten another brand.I will continue to use these, baring the ones that don't work, to determine other factors such as the longevity and will update my review as needed. Overall, for the price, it is not a terrible set of pens to get, but from what I've seen it's rather common to recieve a pen or two that does not work properly and dries out.

Better than spray paint
I used this with stencils to paint numbers on my garbage pails. Worked well. Not as messy as spray paint and dries fast. Easy to wash off hands if you don’t use gloves. I did this outside so there was no odor

Best markers I have used
They dry fast but for me that's a good thing. Very pigmented wish I found these sooner. Very Very well made. The smallest one has a interesting tip that I think works perfectly
