RiedelVinum 6416/30 Syrah / Shiraz Set of 2 Gl

Riedel is *the* name in wine glasses and these are great. Not too fragile (I haven't broken one yet anyway..) but a lovely delicate feel. Perfect size and weight. Really makes a difference to the flavour of the wine too, was very surprised!

Las copas están bien de volumen y son bonitas, pero no compensa el precio que tienen por su fragilidad, cualquier golpecito o incluso lavándolas si te pasas un poco de presión al cogerlas se rompen en seguida, compré 4 y me queda 1 solamente... no vale la pena por la fragilidad, no lo recomiendo.

Wir haben die Gläser seit Jahren und waren bisher mit Riedel sehr zufrieden. Die neuen Gläser sind aber noch dünner als die alten und somit sehr empfindlich. Wir würden diese nicht wieder kaufen.

I was skeptical that a wine glass could make such a difference in how a wine tastes, but after attending a demonstration sponsored by Riedel and a Napa Valley winery (Trefthen Family Vineyards) I became a true believer.My only reservation that prevents me from giving a 5 star rating is the price. I've been told that other companys offer similar glasses but a mouch lower price (25% to 50% of the cost of a Riedel glass).

These glasses are the tops ! They are fine lead Crystal - machine made. Stronger than their delicate appearance would lead you to believe. (For thickness read thinness!) And they certainly help bring out the best in the various grape varieties. In this case- Shiraz.
