I have ordered my regular size 8 UK for this sandals also but when i startred wearing it, it is too tight and instead of pain relief I got issue if calf pain after wearing this. I started to wear aafter one week of ordering and by the time I go for return option return window was closed. My total waste of 800 rs

Initially, it gave me a shoe-bite. But I continued wearing it and now it fits fine. The sole has soft cushion. It's pretty comfy now. Good for daily wear...

The material is good. It is comfortable to wear. It has a slightly bent inwards cushion on ankles. It gives coverage. Although wrong size was delivered to me, I ordered it for my mother, she liked it. But size didn't fit. Would get it replaced
