Works great
Works as supposed. Never had any problems until now. Really easy to use compared to last app for them.

worth reading before buying one of these
absolute rubbish! let me start by saying I've been an I.T. professional for 35 years, run a professional network in my home even having 2.4ghz, 5ghz and joint 2.4/5ghz wireless networks on separate SSID's. So what's wrong with this unit? Well for some unknown reason this unit works fine when you set it up... unfortunately after that it just loses the connection and won't reconnect again without removing it from the system and adding it back again, not a useful feature and and of defeats the object for a remote system, googled the issue to find a fix but so many users have the vary same issue, even set up a dedicated 2.4ghz SSID with just this unit on it, as usual worked the first time only, so now its on its way back to amazon

Be careful if you have the Original Conexis Lock
I stumbled across this Yale WIFI Bridge by accident after i had to contact Yale yet again due to the Conexis App not working. I have had the Conexis lock since 2017 and have never been able to successfully use the designated Conexis app. After being locked out several times the only way i could guareentee my door would open was to install the Yale Sync 2 module and have a Yale Smart hub connected to my alarm system. This set up worked flawlessly, the only thing that didn't work great was notifications on who was entering/leaving the home. Yale has had over 5 years to address the issue re the Conexis app and never have. When i came across this new wireless sync module i decided to purchase it as it promised notifications and free digital keys. With the Conexis app you had to purchase digital keys at £2.99 each. And they never worked! This new set up changes that so i took the plunge and purchased. The package itself contains a small white plug in box, which is the wifi link. The other part in the box is the wifi sync module which you install in the lock itself. Simple.. or so i though! The first thing you have to do is set up the lock itself. I tried the wifi module set up first within the Yale access app but it wouldn't let me do this as it stated i did not have any compatible locks. I therefore changed to the access module and scanned the QR code on the small orange module. The app accepted it and told me to install in the lock. I removed my orginal Yale sync module and popped in the new module. That's where it all went wrong! The new module is designed completely differently and damaged all of the tiny pins in my lock. I was livid! No where in the instructions (or lack of should i say) does it say the original conexis locks may have a different pin system. Removing the module and comparing the two i could now clearly see that the newer module has a black plastic part separating out the pins, the older style modules did not have this, hence why inserting the new module bent all of the tiny pins inside the lock. I tried to reinstall my old module but this now would not fit as the lock pins were all bent out of shape.Due to not being able to use the conexis app i emailed Yale as my lock was now useless. 24hrs later i had not had a reply. My lock was completely useless.I decided to try and fix the pins myself and spent nearly 4hrs looking through a magnifying glass with a head touch on rearranging the pins. After several failed attempts i finally managed to get the pins lined up enough to get my old module back in. However it totally failed to work with the alarm app. I was becoming super frustrated by this time.I went back to the new wifi module and used a small flathead screwdriver to prize off the little black plastic pin separator. The modules now matched. I inserted this into my lock and thank heavens the access app recognised it and i completed the rest of the installation. The remainder of the setup was hit and miss.. i had to keep quitting the app to get certain things to work like the new 'door sense' which is just a little self adhesive magnet that you attach to your door frame. This tells the lock if the door is ajar/open or fully closed.Once i had got through all of the app side of the installation the product is actually very good. I was able to issue my family members free digital keys - you can even give someone limited timed access if you need too. Notifications were fast and accurate telling me who had opened the door. The only thing that now doesn't work is that opening the lock with a digital key no longer disables my Yale sync alarm, which the other module did. I sincerely hope yale release an update to enable the module to communicate with the Yale smart hub and auto disable the alarm system when a user is recognised as opening the lock. Here's hoping! One other point of note is that after installation any RFID fobs or cards you had programmed into the lock will no longer work. You need to re-add these via the Yale Access app which can cause issues if you don't have the fobs to hand - my family live 240 miles away from me and all have fobs which will no longer work! However i can now send them a working free digital key, so there is a work around to some degree.I can't begin to explain how many problems i have had with this lock since 2017, but i persevere as i actually really like the keyless entry side of things. If you have a conexis lock then i would recommend this set, just be super careful with the pin setup. You may have to do what i did if you have one of the very first locks that were released and remove the black plastic pin separator. I wouldn't want anyone to go through the stress i went through installing this new system.I hope that you found my review helpful.

Works as designed
With the 3 different yale modules out there, it's easy to get lost in an endless loop of if I buy this one what do I need. How much will the overall cost be. Will it provide the functions I'm looking for. After extencive thinks and rethinks I opted for the one that is right for me. Thank fully chose the right one. Easy to install. Was up and running in minutes. Apps easy to use and integration with Alexa when fine.

Good product
Can easily track who enters the building. Be aware you have to have a power point close to the door in order to get signal.

Easy to install but does lose connection every now and then
This was easy to install, after installing the module in the door handle, I installed the new app on my phone, followed the instructions with the setup and it worked out the box. My key fobs are now assigned to users and the same with the phone unlocks. I have the ability to unlock my door remotely or check if it's not locked properly. It's a great add on to the handle, just wish it was a bit cheaper!Update...Since installing the lock, I was experiencing issues where the connect plug would lose connection to Wi-Fi, sometimes it would also fail to reconnect, just showing a red light and it would disappear from the app. I tried everything to correct this, installed a new socket closer to the door, setup an access point next to the plug, most the time I would end up deleting and readding it to the app, but this too would fail some times. After quite some time (but within 12 months) my connection issues continued, so I eventually got in touch with Yale support via email. I explained the issue with the plug disconnecting and what I have done to try to rectify the issue. They went through some troubleshooting steps with me, but after, they sent me another plug free of charge. This has worked a lot better, but still loses connection at times. I have devices monitoring my network and connected devices and this is the only one which disconnects. The new plug doesn't seem to suffer with failing to reconnect though, this new one just flashes green until it reconnects, but as it can stay disconnected some times for 2-3 minutes, I have to be prepared (I wait in the car before I unlock the door for example). Still, I have to give marks for good customer service.Update, after more days where my for lock drops connection from wi-fi, only device on my network which does, even though I have now moved the ap within 8ft of the plug, I have dropped the review to 3 stars, if this thing worked properly it would be great. Contacted support and they sent out another plug, claiming it to be newer, but older serial number and MAC address makes me question this.
