Amazing product!
I have been a huge bubble tea fan for most of my life, but sadly never knew how to make one for myself. So when I found this, my children were incredibly keen for me to buy it. Boba is around £5-£6 where we live, so this was a good price for a large starter kit with a sufficient amount to make a few bubble teas. The packaging was perfect, and we all loved the little fortune cookie! Overall, this was a perfect set and would definitely recommend for the people who are looking to quench their thirst!

Bubble up
I’ve heard of bubble tea but never had an opportunity to try it before, I’m not quite sure this falls within the traditional bubble tea, but I liked the sound of the fruity flavours. It’s an interesting gift pack and priced at £24.95 it’s a decent starter kit if not a little expensive in my opinion. There is six servings in the whole pack which works out roughly £4.15 a drink. The included cup looks cheap which somehow lets the whole set down. You get the cup, two syrups, two popping boba flavours, 6 straws and instructions. It is all neatly packed within the set, in tissue paper. It also includes a fortune cookie, depending on how you look at this, it may be good/bad, it did not include a fortune (disappointingly for me) but a discount code for company’s own website which could be useful. You measure out your syrup, add ice and fill with water, stir, the add your popping boba.So far I have only tried the strawberry popping boba but with both syrups. The drink is quite sweet, almost too sweet, unnaturally so.I’m not really sure what the boba adds apart from aesthetics as there wasn’t any real strong flavour. The texture is a somewhat soft, fruit bubble, almost plasticky in texture, that bursts in your mouth, they didn’t melt in the drink, instead just fall to the bottom, even if left for awhile.Overall, as a gift, a nice set but I’m not convinced about the flavours. Still it did taste refreshing after a long walk on a hot summers day.
