Zinc supp
I find the zinc level a too high, compared to the copper ratio, since zinc might interfere/compete with copper absorption.I should have researched more before I purchased.I get a bit bloated no matter if I take it with, or, with food, but, that is just my luck.I will buy separate forms of supplements for my use, in future.In the meantime, I will just use half a capsule a day, which is easier on my body.
