Lifesaver for Formula-Feeding Parents
I have a 7-month-old who is exclusively formula-fed, and the Nuby RapidCool has honestly been a game-changer for us. Anyone who formula feeds knows the struggle of trying to get the bottle to the perfect temperature—especially when your baby is screaming at 3 a.m. This gadget takes all the stress out of that! It’s super easy to use: I just pour in the freshly boiled water, add the formula, shake, and wait a couple of minutes. The built-in temperature indicator lets me know exactly when it’s safe to feed—no more guessing, no more cooling bottles under cold taps, and no more waiting around while my baby gets increasingly hangry.I also love how portable it is. We’ve taken it out on errands and even on a weekend trip, and it’s made bottle-feeding on the go so much easier. No need to find a café to ask for warm water or pack flasks anymore.Highly recommend for any formula-feeding parents—especially if, like us, you have a baby who isn’t a fan of waiting around for food. Worth every penny!

Works almost TOO well
Absolutely fantastic product that cools the formula VERY quickly. When you pour the boiling water in you really have to get the formula powder in as soon as possible because it starts working right away. When it says it takes a couple of minutes to cool I think that is how long it takes to cool a full flask.I only need around 5fl oz at the moment so it works faster (about a minute) which is great but again, you have to make sure you get the powder in asap before it gets too cool.It also says it takes 3 hours to reset but I think that's if you sterilise it with steam. I have been sterilising it with cold water and Milton tablets which seems to "reset" it much faster (about half an hour) it has been working flawlessly.I still always check on my wrist that it has cooled the formula properly and so far it has so no complaints. My one gripe is that it's difficult to read the measurement lines as they are inside the bottle so I recommend filling it under a bright light like in the kitchen, using this in the dark would be very difficult if not impossible.I highly recommend it, it saves a ton of time and it's easy to use.

Helps to cope with a screaming baby!
One of if not the most beneficial purchase we have made when it comes to making our lives a little bit easier caring for our little one. As any parent will know, feeding time can often come when you least expect it, the shrill wail of your little one demanding they need food NOW!The Nuby rapid cool has a weighty feel to it similar to a thermos only slightly heavier. The slightly roughed texture of the bottle makes it easy to grip and work with. The lid sports a domed piece of glass with a small touch sensitive spot that indicates the temperature of the contents. In a nutshell:Step 1: Pour your boiling water into the Nuby rapid cool until the the desired amount.Step 2: Thereafter add the formula powder and close the lid .Step 3: Shake the bottle to ensure the powder is well mixed into the water.Step 4: invert the Nuby rapid cool every few minutes, hold it inverted for 5 seconds and tap the lids sensor to measure the contents temperature. Green means ready to dispense, yellow means wait almost done, red means scalding hot (Never seen the red indicator). When pouring in the boiling water is inormal to hear a cracking sound, I assume this would be the gel / special contents in the walls of the Nuby rapid cool, this used to draw out the heat at such a rapid pace.To after dispensing the formula into a bottle I always add some more boiling water into the Nuby rapid cool, close the lid and shake it again, this to give it a quick clean taking 90% of the cleaning job away when you need to properly clean it.I do believe for the bottle to reset you need to wait around 3 hours before using it again to get its full efficacy of drawing out the heat at a rapid pace.Pros:> Makes a bottle from scratch, ready to feed within 3 - 4 minutes from boiling!> Easy to use and clean> Both feels and looks premiumCons:> Nothing noted as yetNeutral:> Unable to identify a battery opening for the lid, as such I assume it draws very little power and is not intended to be replaced.

Useful piece of equipment
Love the Nuby. Only downfall is you have to sterilise after every use. That’s why we use it more as a flask/water cooler than mix it with formula. It’s like magic in your hands and it cools the water down in seconds. The only reason I dropped it a star, is because our light doesn’t seem to work that well when there’s not a lot of water in the flask. It stays green despite being boiling water.

Decent little gadget
Decent bit of kit :)Ordered to replace the good old jug of ice (or the preempting a feed and warming a bottle too soon)My only comment is the little milk powder container you get with it, it's no good as you can't get the powder into it as the hole is too small, the milk scoops are bigger so the powder just tips everywhere.Shame because it's handy as it's the right size for the flask.I use it 2 ways, rarely ill make the actual bottle in the cooler, as you have to be quick as it starts cooling instantly, which is a nightmare when you are trying to get milk powder into it quickly.More often than not (for a 210ml bottle) I'll put 30ml piping hot water in my baby's bottle, mix in the milk powder, then put the remaining 180ml water into the cooler, then mix them together, This way you don't have to sterilise the cooler after every use and you have the perfect temperature bottle (if your baby likes warm milk) :)
