The various 4 flavors remind me of the flavor of Pez candy, and after a drink or two I’m bouncing off the walls with energy! I have spent $1-$2 per energy drink for caffeine kicks. These cost a lot less per serving. I like the pouches because I can also add less to the water to have a hint of taste. I drink caffeine ALL day long. I’m going on a cruise soon and will pack these to save $$$ on board! There is a bit of after taste (pomegranate berry has least IMO) but worth it!

I personally like the flavor of every energy pack. What I like the most is how long these pouches last. I save so much in comparison to purchasing Runas. However, I do think these give me the jitters in comparison to guayasa/yerba mate. I wish they could make pouches with guayasa and monk fruit *hint hint* :-)

Was looking for a healthy alternative to other drink mixes. I've been pleasantly surprised how well this fits the bill. Pretty easy to mix and make part of my morning routine. Flavors are tasty and my favorite changes depending on my mood, so the variety pack is nice. I take it on business trips with me too, mixing it with bottled water. I definitely recommend this product to friends who are looking for a healthy energy drink!

This stuff is like espresso! The days I don’t have time to make coffee or espresso, I’ll drink this at work for an extra pick me up! 10/10 recommend! The ingredients are extremely healthy NO FOOD COLORING OR DYES!! This stuff is good to go!

These things help me everyday of my life for the working person. I swear everyday and 2pm and I am so groggy and these just make it so much better 😍 highly recommended and they taste AMAZING!!!!!!!!

I love the convenience, I throw it in my purse and can mix it into a bottle or glass of water anywhere. I really appreciate that’s it’s naturally sweetened.

I have been looking for a decent alternative to Spark. I tried (and liked) My Morning Buzz in both flavors. Unfortunately it is just as expensive as Spark on a per serving basis and receiving the 40% discount from Advocare. So I scoured Amazon looking for an alternative. This one had decent reviews so I took a flyer on it. That was a misguided notion. The fruit punch flavor tastes like sweetened dirt. The drink also foams terribly when using a shaking motion to mix it. There also wasn't the noticeable increase in energy I notice on the other options. Others complained about getting the product from the pouch to the measuring cup. I did not have any issues with that the one time I tried it. I would love to return this but having opened it I am afraid that is no longer an option. If somebody wants this I would love to send it to you. Contact me through here.
