It does torque
Just received this today, and I can confirm: it does torque. Despite some reviews questioning whether it functions properly, it delivers the expected torque when the set pressure is reached. There's a clear mechanical click or release at the threshold, just like any standard torque wrench. No issues so far — solid tool.

It sucks that the wrench doesn't come with the clubs that use it. Works as expected. Nice rachet feature when the tension is just right.

It's a crime that Callaway does not provide this tool when you buy their woods.

It is definitely a ratchet wrench.
Following the advice of another reviewer, by first putting using a wrench to get it to click, it will then click when you tighten the clubhead.
