Great quality with value for money
Brought this during one of the Amazon Great Indian Sale. Coupled with bank discount and Amazon vouchers, got it for a fabulous price of Rs.5200. Now coming to the quality: must admit it's a great water heater for small families comprising of 3-4 people. It can heat the water to 75 deg C flat within 4-5 mins. Customer Care arranged the installation within a day and the installation was smooth. The engineer came with Original AO Smith braided connector cables, for which I had to pay Rs.350.Pros:- Beautiful aesthetic design- Occupies very little space- User friendly operation- Heats the water very fast- Can retain the water temperature for more than 4 hrs if unused- Excellent Customer Care serviceCons:Haven't found any yetVerdict : Must buy, go for it

Additional flap not delivered, but a fantastic product
It's an awesome product. Working very well and superb performance. It takes around 3 to 4 mins for getting extremely hot. We are 4 family members and it's sufficient for us. The only complaint from me would be that After 17 days of purchase and warranty registration, I haven't received the promised additional cover flap of different colour. It was included in the offer. We just need to register our product for warranty and instantly ask them for this additional flap. Otherwise I'm very much happy with this one. It's a quicky and the best in class for energy efficiency.

good product but bad customer service
the product was installed very late. a.o smith team wanted to charge for installation despite it was clearly written in description at Amazon that installation is free except for material. Contacted Amazon customer care which was also ver sloppy in handling.about the product, working nicely. this is second A.O smith geyser that i bought. earlier one was of 15 litre. both working good. this one heats the water very fast - 2 reasons, tank is smaller and heating capacity is 2000 watt.

Excellent Product
I am using it for last one month. Initially I was hesitating to buy from online, but this very easy and hassle free. The delivery was superfast and I called the helpdesk of AoSmith for installation in the morning, and they completed it on the same day. Very nice experience.The product is very nice and water is heating very fast within 3-4 minutes you will get hot water. The color is also very nice.

I won’t recommend A.O.Smith!!
Had ordered this one for bathroom attached to my fathers bedroom to replace 10 year old Bajaj 3L instant geyser. So compared to the other 2 storage type geysers we have in house, one is 10L Racold Eterno Pro and a 15L Kenstar Jacuzzi, this one looked inferior in both over all quality and performance. I had high hopes considering the reviews posted on various sites.It does look good though but Makes lot of hissing noise while boiling water. Takes more time and the water is not as hot as the other 2 geysers in house!!I will not recommend A.O. Smith products to anyone.UPDATE: Heating element went kaput just after the two year warranty was over!! Pathetic product quality compared to the other two I have in my house.
