Good Performing Product - Microtek
I received slightly tapered corner of the inverter, since it wasn't a major issue, didn't returned back.The tubular battery charging over STD mode is sluggish (slow charge) - but as per battery vendor it's best for longevity of the tubular battery. Places where, long duration power cut happens - switch to High Mode for faster (quicker) battery charging.The switchover between mains and inverter backup is flawless, You Don't Realise It!!!!! Pure sine wave so no flicker, no noise just flawless.Four stars because Microtek have no policy to install the product, you have to manage your own installation. However, any concerns/issues with inverter Microtek does provide support.
