Brilliant peeler. But sharp! - treat with respect
I bought my first set of these after looking around to find what the professionals use for the job; these seemed to be very popular. I wasn't disappointed. They're a brilliant peeler that does the job quickly and well. But despite the plastic and price, they're a serious tool - the blades are VERY sharp, as I discovered the first time I peeled towards my spare hand instead of away from it, and took a thin shaving off the side of one of my fingers. I changed my technique very quickly after that.They don't last for ever. If not cleaned and dried carefully, the blades will rust over time (they're especially unhappy with being put through our dishwash). And we somehow seem to manage to throw them away accidentally from time to time as well. But at a couple of quid per unit, replacing them isn't exactly going to break the bank. I wouldn't be without them. (On my fourth or fifth set. Will undoubtedly order more in the future.)

Very light weight but very sharp and feel comfortable and very ergonomic. Get a pack. You won't regret it!

Oh my God I have been having these peelers for years and when ever K I’m use ing and friends are with me they are so delighted to try it so useful for taking edge off runner beans as well as peeling potatoes and carrots and many other uses just a great item
