I have no reason to think that the tablets are not any good. However I did not take very many because they were a little sticky in the process of being swallowed, and tasted unpleasant.

The smell
I have been taking these for a few weeks. I can not tell if they have helped me. What I will say is that they smell potent... real bad. As soon as you open the resealable packet they come in, the smell dominates the room which really puts you off. Hopefully it is all worth it
