Always happy with Rico
I have bought this brand of Reed for the last 20 odd years. The price is good and the reeds last a while before wearing out or getting too grubby.I’ve always found these soft and easy to use. They give a nice consistent sound and I don’t find them too buzzy. Now I’m a Mum with 3 children, I don’t get much time to play and suffering with asthma I don’t have the puff like I used to. These still allow me to play without working too hard. They are great for beginner players.The only downside I’ve found is they are so easily chipped from the smallest of bumps. But other than that they’re a great quality Reed that can last a while at a great price.

Good reeds received wrong strength
Bought these as a gift during the busy Christmas season as a gift. I initially thought I'd made a mistake and ordered the wrong strength. I received 2 instead of 2.5, but the recipient said it was fine for him as he is an experienced saxophonist, so I didn't return them.
