I have a reclining sofa that I use to watch TV. The cushions on my side of the sofa have been used so much that they are soft and no longer offer much support. The result was that my back and neck hurt after sitting for an extended period of time. I could not afford to replace the sofa so I added a COMFIER Lumbar Support Pillow and head rest to the sofa. I ran the power cord through the space next to the sofa cushion for convenience. The added support, massage and heat is just what I needed. The support is now firmer than it was when the sofa was new and my back and neck never felt better.

Update- I just couldn’t do it. I was messing with it ALL day. If I leaned back in my office chair it would switch the controls to a different vibration pattern or even turn off. The controls are in an awful place. The way I rigged it wasn’t permanent and kept coming off. I am super upset because I loved this. I have to return unfortunately. The controls NEED to be moved!! I bought this for my office chair. The control buttons are on the side so every time I sit back the controls change because they hit the side of the chair. I had to rig this with something for now because it was driving me nuts. Please fix this and I will give 5 stars.If the buttons part can be fixed I’ll be living my best life in my office chair hahaha. Has heat and vibration. It is awesome and comfy.

Would have gave it 5 stars but he controls around the side of the back piece. So it does randomly get turned on or off. Also, wish the neck piece has heat but other than those 2 things, it is fabulous & works great. (I did have to buy an adapter to use it in my car)

This is supposed to be for the car, but I use it in my bed, for my back. I love it, the only downfall is it tickles my nose when the pillow vibrates. The heat is awsome as well!

I bought it to help my back. when it came I was so excited. I took it out of the box and was sooo disappointed. The back massager was too narrow for any normal sized adult. The back massager only came up to my shoulder blades and the sides that were supposed to wrap around can't, the back was only about a foot wide. I'm REALLY disappointed, will NEVER buy from this company again.

My husband drives trucks all day and he was suffering from back pain. After ordering this his back pain problems are resolved !!!Worth the money

I was disappointed in the product it shuts off if it gets pushed down to far the neck piece is very uncomfortable

I put this in my truck because my back always hurts while I am driving. Since putting this in there, I have not had any back pain! It’s amazing and also has a heating and massage option to use. I love it
