Great product. Super fluffy long strands of moss. I also like the packaging bc there is a little clear window to see what is inside the ziploc envelope storage bag. The price matches the quality received —> very high end!

I ordered this for air layering a couple of plants. I can’t tell you if it worked yet, but as far as I can tell, this moss should do the trick.Like other mosses online, there are a few other pieces of dry debris in the mix, but it’s, well, you know, moss, so that seems pretty unavoidable. It’s nice and dry in a decent sized bag with good double packaging.

This is my first time using sphagnum moss so in all honesty, I was unsure what to expect. However, I was expecting more product for the price. This item is loosely packed in the bag, so it may “fill” a 2 quart bag but it’s not actually as much moss as other sellers who vacuum seal their moss.I also was expecting it to plump up more, based on photos and videos.It is fairly clean with minimal debris. It’s very brown (which might be normal but I was expecting it to still have some green color to it).All in all, I’ll probably seek a better value elsewhere.

Strands are long and whole not broken. Excellent for kokedama!

I bought another brand a few months ago which was a much better value. To order more the shipping went up to $69.00. This brand is good, but the bag is much smaller.

I like the product, but it’s packaged so loosely that one quart did not yield very much moss. Imagine bags of potato chips being sold by volume instead of weight…you’d better believe the Fritos folks would find a way to puff out the chips so you got less crunch for your buck!The moss itself is good quality and did the job, but it didn’t go anywhere near as far as expected. It made repotting my orchids much more expensive than expected.

Update -I reordered this after trying several other brands, but apparently the first batch which was great was a teaser, because this purchase was terrible. So many sticks I was picking them out for 20 mins before I could even use it and I still didn't get them out. And it is very dirty, water was super dirty after soaking. Quantity seemed less than the 1st purchase as well. Maybe that's why it was on sale this time. Not happy, won't buy again.This is my 1st time buying moss so I have nothing to compare to. I wanted it to repot some new orchids I have. It seemed of little quantity but the night before I wanted to use it I pulled half out & put in a large bowl, watered it then waited 20 mins to see how it expands. It really doubled or more in size. I squeezed all the excess water out, it's like a sponge! A ton of water came out & it was still really damp so I set it on paper towels for the night to remove more.Since when planting orchids in this it has to remain loose and not compacted, I was able to do 2 (4 inch mini phals pots) and a 5 inch pot, and there's still enough for another pot or 2 in the bowl. I'll have to let it dry before storing. And that was only half the bag so I think it was a good deal for my needs. It was very clean, I see no bugs, dirt or debris. I already ordered a 2nd bag
