5 star product!! I bought one and now my whole house is connected to this product.The app has super easy to use interface and I have never faced downtime in more than 3 years.The only downside is it doesn't have a memory card and I think it's because the company wants you to buy cloud storage.

I have bought 2 of them for my home to monitor my kids. The video quality is too good and the setup is very easy. But the product needs lot of improvements which I am listing out below.1. The tilt option is not that great and you can't focus the floor and door at the same time if it is installed above 5 feet high.2. The 2 way talk option is just for name sake. The speaker quality is one of the worst one could imagine. You literally need to keep your ears in the camera to hear what the other one speaks.3. Sound notifications and motion notifications are annoying which made me to disable them. Sound of crows and dogs far from home are detected (which happens all the time) and sends notifications. Similarly screen movements are sent as motion detection notifications. Detection of Human voice and motion alone could have been helpful and solved the real need.4. Onvif never works. It asks for Password reset but if I select that nothing happens but freezing.5. Smart controls seems not working. I have scheduled things for eg. Switch on the recording when it is 8am. But it never started to record.6. Also there is no option to automate recording like Stop recording from Night 8 to Morning 8 every day.7. Option to view in PC is too naive. If I wanted to view the feeds from office (or other phone restricted place), I can't do that as I need to scan the QR shown by the webpage through the mobile app. Even then it hardly works/opens.

*Video qualiti is very bad 😔 also CP Plus Service is not satisfiedI bought this camera two times earlier and though it is not great but served the purpose so I was tell you Don't Buy this Camera in any cost. Video and sound quality is average and motion detection also works as expected most of the times. one major issue is that while rotating the camera squeaks loudly. Initially this was not present but later it started. Also, sometimes the camera will automatically face towards the wall and not budge from there. so we had to realign it manually.Now coming to the point why I am writing this review. As per my experience with the camera, i ordered it again for my basic usage. The product which came was internally damaged, its charging port was not aligned with the socket in the camera and reset button was also not in its slot. As it was out of the box product, I raised a replacement request. To my astonishment the Amazon representative refused replacement and started explaining me difference between different types of damage. I told him to categorize the issue whatever way he wants but get it replaced. He told me that it cannot be replaced as the product is only eligible for ' 10 days Service Center Replacement'! So he expected me to contact the service center and go there and beg them to replace it. This is something new as I had never heard of 'Service center replacement'. I told him that I buy on amazon at high price as I do not have time to run around. how can he expect me to run to service center. He tried to convince me with his ignorant and baseless reasons for almost 45 minutes. after my persuasion for 40minutes , he reluctantly raised a replacement request. though it was cancelled later and finally I got my refund.

Video quality is crisp and very clear. Price also reasonable.

Picture Quality not Bad in HD mode only, Camera built quality is average, it makes gear noise while moving, I dont know how long it will work and for my case I received a faulty Adapter in the new sealed pack camera. as I had emergency so I did not claim replace, I am using my phone adapter for this camera. as a cheap product I considered it, best of luck who are planning to buy it next. wish you get everything in working condition.

Good quality , take some time to connect with wifi but easy to use . At the last i like the product , want to order more CP plus cctv cameras.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this camera CP Plus E35A from Amazon under some Festive Offer @1300 . But I would like to mention certain things before my review.The Box contains - 1 Camera, 1 Adaptor, 1 Connecting Wire and 2 Screw Set .You have to buy Memory Card additional for Data Recording because this Camera supports upto 128gb Memory Card and it needs a storage device to record.In case you do not buy it then there will not be any problem in Live Video but Playback of Recorded video will not be there.My Unbiased Review* Pro's:1. This is a good product, installation is easy, quality of picture is good. Wish there was more clear guidance on using all features available in the camera such as how to store and backup videos. The app is not very user friendly.
