When I received the charger I purposely drained my car battery to try it out for charging and it worked well as expected. Easy to use for sure and it charged my cars battery just fine. The only thing I have not tried is the function to fix a battery for I do not have one at this time that I can try it on my cars battery is new. So I will look for a battery that I can try that function out on to see how well it works and update at that time. Update did get a chance to use the battery fix option And it is holding a better charge and I’m getting better readings now.

I needed a battery maintainer that will do all types of batteries and revive batteries. I saw a recommendation for this from a non sponsored person and got it. It works great. I do wish it had a voltage screen but it is fine.

This battery charger is the perfect solution to keep your six and 12 volt batteries in Tip Top shape. I have a classic car that I only drive a couple times a month, in between I leave this battery maintainer connected. The battery is always fully charged and ready to go. This charger also has a repair function that I tried as well. I had a 12 volt battery for a riding lawn mower that I thought was completely shot. Even hooking it up to a old style big battery charger would not do anything. I left it in repair mode overnight, the charger did its thing, then when I put the battery back in the mower, it fired right up. I highly recommend this battery charger for anyone with a car that sits for any amount of time or with yard equipment to keep your batteries lasting a long time

The charger arrived on time in great condition. Well packaged and easy to get set up. I purchased it for a specific vehicle so I use the provided battery pigtail . Here is where the one star deduction comes in. When you hook up the red to positive black to negative on your battery you end up with an exposed positive post on the plug on the pigtail. The unit needs to be provided with a cap or plug to prevent contact between the exposed terminal and a ground.

This intelligent compact charger works as described,I used it to charge different types of batteries including one that was completely dead.I couldn’t believe it brought it back to life.It has multiple functions and the instructions are so simple to follow.I was always worried I would forget my older charger plugged IN but not the case with TOPDON T4000 it’s also a trickle and a maintainer.Love the eyelets that come with it. I can use it for my lawn tractor to maintain it when it’s in storage.To top things off - 3 years of quality assurance and lifetime free technical support is really awesome.Everyone should jump at getting this charger it’s a great investment I HIGHLY recommend.

not as intuitve as the newer model seems to be, I would order the 2024 version more mode indicators to see and easier to understand what's happening
