I bought three of these during Black Friday sales 11/2024, but didn’t get them installed until last week.So far, the unit is functioning as it should and managed to keep my shipping container house cooled down from SW desert 105 outside temp to a pleasant 85 degrees.I did pay a pro to install this, but turns out I could have done a better job. They installed the drain pipe on an incline. It started leaking from the front after a few daysCostway was more than helpful while I was troubleshooting. Using a photo they sent me off the back of the unit, I managed to figure out how to get the cover plate off without so I didn’t have to lift the indoor unit off the wall.With a dual issue of a pinhole in the drain line, Costway shipped out a new drain line as soon as they saw what was happening via video.I hope the other two units I have go smoother, but I can’t fault the company for the install issues!I’ve sent friends here to buy this model. Totally worth the price.Get a vacuum and do the install yourself.

I bought 3 of these units I have 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs, we have a barndominum story, the 2 units keep the upper floor quite cool, bottom floor stays cool because we all know cold air sinks, only have to run one downstairs if in kitchen or doing laundry… I had them installed.

This unit is really nice for the price. It was super simple to install. Good for di wires but not for someone who's never done it before. The fittings are extremely easy to strip out. If you man up on the flare nut.

Good value. With just a couple of shortcomings. Drain hose provided is quite short. I think most installations will require more hose. Copper tubing is thinner than anything I have used before. I am a retired hvac tech. I would advise using the plastic sticks that you insert before bending to prevent crimping. Quality seems decent overall.

This air conditioner is the best one I have ever bought. It is exquisitely crafted, easy to operate, has a remarkable cooling effect. Most importantly, the price is acceptable to me. I'm happy to have it.

The media could not be loaded. I thought item was one big package but it the wall unit delivered first. After 1-2 days then second package came in a separate box. So if you order just make sure you keep an eye out for 2 packages. Unit was not that heavy in weight as install can be done with one person. It came with condenser, wall fan, insulated wires, power cable and remote. It's a 12000BTU so according to the listing can cool 700+sqft room. I used it for my living room which has an open kitchen around 800sqft in total and it cools down really good. The noise level was actually really quiet even with my toddlers in the room sleeping. Install was decent not too easy because you have to test the freezon lines. Style of unit is white(glossy) so blend into my wall which looks nice. Not sure how long these mini split last but so far so good. Unit on the wall mount roughtly 32" wide and 12" tall. Build was good and condenser is rated for outdoor. Overall, very satisfy with my unit.

It is also incredibly quiet.Installation was smooth. I hired a professional, but it looked DIY friendly with clear instructions. The system looks sleek on the wall and does not take up much space. I also love the smart features. It works with Alexa and has a remote, which makes it even more convenient to use.

Has worked very good just a little hard for a normal dryer, I looked it over and hired a professional and glad I did. They put in a shut off and everything to make it look profesdional
