Good product support
The item was working perfectly for few months then it started having issues. Contacted the support team and claimed warranty. The process was very smooth and hassle free, within days they replaced it with a new item. The new item is working perfectly do dar.

Faulty Product & Pathetic Customer Service – Extremely Disappointed
I usually don't leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience to help others. I purchased this weighing machine after reading so many positive reviews on Amazon, but now I seriously doubt the authenticity of those reviews — whether they are genuine or just fake ones generated to boost the product's ranking.The product completely stopped working within just 2 days of use. It started showing random and incorrect weights, making it completely unreliable. To make matters worse, the customer service is absolutely pathetic — I’ve been trying to reach out multiple times but received no response whatsoever.As a working professional, it’s not possible to keep chasing customer care endlessly for a product that should work as promised. I expected at least some level of support or a basic acknowledgment from the company, but sadly, there has been complete silence.To be clear, I have no personal grudge against this brand or product — in fact, I bought it with high expectations. But this experience has been beyond disappointing. If you're considering buying this product, please think twice, as neither the product quality nor the customer service lives up to what is promised in the listings and reviews.I hope the brand takes this seriously and improves both product quality and customer support, because right now, it feels like a waste of money and time.

Good Service and Support
I had purchased the scale 1 year ago, the scale got damaged, may be due to moisture. I have claimed for warranty, the support staff immediately responded through mail and guided me with the process. Got my new scale with in 15 days in good condition. I really love the product and the service.
