Does the job easy to get o use alone with child on the back ,a bit tricky for larger child on the front . It's quite long for short bodied people sitting lower than hips

I recently bought a baby carrier from Smyths Toys Superstores that looked like a backpack. Unfortunately, it was way too small – it couldn’t even fit my 11-year-old daughter to carry her baby brother, let alone me or my wife.
