Very nice stand

When we were moving, our parakeets bird stand broke. Do you know how hard it is today to find a regular old fashioned bird stand ? Most of them are so ugly, but I finally found this one and it's beautiful and holds my parakeets cage perfectly. Very happy and pleased- thank you!

I returned this item today. Putting the feet of this stand together caused a few bad words and considerable stress! And, the bottom goes out so far that I couldn’t place it anywhere in the room where it didn’t stick out. I kept it during the weekend and by that time I had had it. I finally tripped over it Sunday and fell AND the bird and the cage crashed to the floor loudly!! Scared my little parakeet to death. Water and bird seed everywhere!!! He did recover, but the rest of Sunday he was very quiet which isn’t normal for him!If you are looking for an ornate, beautiful stand for a plant or parakeet, it is very pretty. If it is put somewhere out of the way with a chair in front of it so no one will trip over it, then this is the stand for you,If you want a stand that you won’t trip over and that you can place anywhere—don’t buy this one. Your little bird may not be safe with this stand. This stand is an accident waiting to happen—-as in my case. And if you hate putting things together -especially the base of something —stay away. Look elsewhere. It took me 20 minutes to get the feet on this thing and I used a few bad words I haven’t said in ages!!! This is probably the reason the stand is returned a lot-frustrated buyers and family members not wanting to hear a string of unmentionable words. This stand would put the makers of Tylenol in good standing in the stock market for years!!!If you chose to buy this, put the screws in the top of each foot first and then screw in the bottom ones. That makes it much easier. But, lining up the hole and the screw is a nightmare. I suggest the manufactures rework the base. The feet go out too far, it’s too difficult to put together, the curlicues on the feet catch on everything, and it tips fairly easily if it’s knock around much.For a plant stand, it would be okay. Just have your sweeper out for when people keep hitting the base. It will happen. I personally would not put it outside. It will blow over.The stand itself is very pretty. The designers need to take suggestions from us people out here and rework the bottom part. Then they would sell more stands and they wouldn’t have to deal with so many returns, I would include a picture, but after thinking many bad thoughts about this stand, I returned it and couldn’t get rid of it fast enough!! Forgot to take a photo. The only thing I thought about was “Get this thing out of my house!—-NOW!!!” I’m pretty sure my parakeet agreed with me!!!😊

Title sums it up. I didn't read the description well enough and I thought I was getting the birdcage. I needed a temporary shelter while I move my babies around the house, but a stand does nothing for those needs so sadly I had to return it. For the stand alone, it's a bit pricey for what you get imho Fortunately the return was a very simple process. But maybe this seller should just show pictures of the stand to avoid frequent returns?

I like the style of this stand. Easy to put together and it’s sturdy even though it looks elegant. I use it for my zebra finch cage. He seems to like it because it can be by the window so he can get some sunlight.

Disappointed !! It made it top heavy and tips over with a small birdcage. The legs stick out too far, which you would think would support it better, but trips people up walking by it
