Tar-like Dark Honey Colored Phlegm After Use
Purchased the Hathaspace roughly 4 years ago and have had no issues until I used this filter. Produced a chemical odor in my bedroom and I woke to a very dark tar-like honey colored phlegm in the back of my throat. (SCARY) My sinuses swelled over night and took several hours to return to normal after leaving the house. Very concerned now about what is in my lungs and how long it will take for my body to filter out a tar-like substance!! Wondering if China is putting crap in our filters??? I don't even have allergies or any sinus issues, just live in a big city near a freeway and want cleaner air. Machine doesn't seem to detect the air quality either. Very confused how this can happen. Unfortunately didn't install prior to my return deadline a week ago.
