Horbaach is Good but NOT for Nutritional Yeast
I usually like this brand for affordable vitamins, however, in this situation you might want to go a different route for nutritional yeast. As another reviewer has rightly pointed out, the supplement uses Cyanocobalamin which has pros and cons. For me personally, I have to agree with the other reviewer in that I like more natural supplements. But here a little more to the point I am making regarding this supplement here.Cyanocobalamin is a synthetic form of vitamin B12, a water-soluble vitamin essential for various bodily functions, including the formation of red blood cells, neurological function, and DNA synthesis. Vitamin B12 is primarily found in animal products, and cyanocobalamin is commonly used in supplements and fortified foods to address deficiencies in individuals following vegetarian or vegan diets or those with difficulty absorbing B12 from natural food sources.Pros of Cyanocobalamin in Nutritional Yeast Supplements:B12 Supplementation: Cyanocobalamin effectively addresses B12 deficiencies, providing a crucial nutrient for those who may not get enough from their regular diet, especially individuals following plant-based diets.Stability: Cyanocobalamin is a stable form of B12, meaning it has a longer shelf life compared to some other forms of the vitamin. This stability is essential for the effectiveness of B12 supplements.Affordability: Cyanocobalamin is often more affordable than other forms of vitamin B12, making it a cost-effective option for supplementation.Cons of Cyanocobalamin in Nutritional Yeast Supplements:Conversion to Methylcobalamin: Some individuals argue that cyanocobalamin requires conversion to methylcobalamin, another form of B12, before the body can use it effectively. Methylcobalamin is the active form of B12 in the body. While this conversion does happen, the efficiency of the conversion is a point of debate among experts.Cyanide Content: The cyanocobalamin molecule contains a small amount of cyanide, which is naturally occurring. The amount of cyanide in cyanocobalamin supplements is considered safe for most people, but extremely high doses could potentially lead to toxicity in sensitive individuals.Individual Variability: Some people may respond differently to different forms of vitamin B12. While cyanocobalamin works well for many individuals, others may prefer alternative forms like methylcobalamin or hydroxocobalamin. That's as unbiased as I can put this. So, the answer is, you might still like this version of nutritional yeast and B12, given the price. But when it comes to quality, there are likely better options out there.

Better than I expected
First thing to know is these are not capsules, but dry pills. They thankfully are not very big. The recommendation is to take 6 of these at a time. For me, I find myself chewing them rather than just swallowing them. I have taken brewer's yeast in the past and these sort of remind me of that, so I am use to the flavor. I know yeast is quite healthy and these go down easily for me. If you don't like the taste, you can always swallow them with water. These do not contain a high level of B-12. Typically B-12 supplements contain a humongous amount of B-12 because it isn't easily absorbed by the body. I am unsure of how much of an effect this supplement would have on your B-12 levels but they certainly don't hurt. And maybe yeast helps with this absorption issue. They seem to have a good effect on me. I feel better after taking them. I have more energy and just feel more up and ready to go. For me, these seem to do good things. And the price is right for an 83 day supply. I like this supplement.

Too many pills, but might be exactly what you are looking for to cover your b12.
I think in this case it's better to have a serving size of 6 tablets because you can dial in your dosage to be as precise as you want it. I've had odd b vitamin issues my whole life and have been using nutritional yeast to cover my b12 needs for the last 10-plus years. I find that when I have it dialed in, I feel normal, and when it's not I start to feel sluggish, have poorer sleep, and the list goes on and on.8/10 I would recommend this. I hope this review is helpful to someone.

Packs a mighty punch!
I sure wish that I'd discovered these a long time ago! I just can't believe the drastic difference I feel at night after taking these. Usually within about 15 minutes I feel calmer, stress levels geared down, and ready to drift off to sleep. One major plus is that these make my annoying heart palpitations disappear too, so that was an unexpected plus. I watched a video by a doctor who says ideally you should chew them for optimal absorption, so that's what I do. The taste of this brand is not terrible! It's not great either, lol but it's not terrible. I wish my doctor had suggested these years ago when I first began having difficulty staying asleep, as I think these babies would have saved me a lot of grief. Better now than never! Based on what qualities this doctor said to look for in a good supplement, these check all the boxes. Given that a single dose requires 6 tablets, I'm extremely happy that this company chose to make this monster bottle of 500! These will last for approximately 3 months, so that is impressive, and at a really great price for that quantity.
