This is by far the best in home bench. If you're comparing this to any of the similar ones on Amazon, you have the best one right here. Take it from someone who's looked into several, purchased a few, only to have them not be what they say they are, break within a week or just have been a waste. This one is perfect, durable and has many features most do not haveMy husband has worked out his entire life & trained others, so working out is a part of life for him. Recently he hasn't been able to get to the gym as much as he likes, so we purchased this & these are our highlights:*It fold up quickly & with ease, which is a great space saver*It is durable, easy to use*It can be adjusted & can actually fit us both (he is 6'1" & I am 5'2")*It comes with spotter arms which is a great safety measure if you dont have a spotter. They allow you to confidently benchpress alone and they can be moved to the backside where you can do squat lifts safely*It has features that you don't usually find all together on other benches- you can do "chest flys"/butterflies, preacher curls, leg lifts, bench press, squat lift and more- all with the one machine*The barbell rack is also adjustable*This is great for my light workouts & durable enough to withstand his heavy workoutsOverall this has been a great purchase, there isn't any complaints. I had a small issue that was quickly responded to & fixed which also gives the seller a 5 star rating for their excellent customer service!

Works for everything we needed it for. The arm length on the bar grabs is about my max reach so this is definitely for people taller than 5'8. The boys will need to use the safety bar grabs. The side Fly/Curl things arent worth the effort but make good weight storage. Everything else is great. Those and the Preacher/leg ext/curl require smaller weights (which i had from 20yr ago walmart special) but they won't fit standard olympic number plates as they are too big around...all good though as I have the Walmart special bar 100# max but also a full 45# olympic barbell 7 foot with a full set of bumper plates

Really good bench that is good quality for the price. The back support can be adjusted which helps depending on the workout you want to do and it is compact enough to fit into a small workout room with a treadmill and bike. What really sold me on this bench is the customer support. There was a problem with shipping and some items came damaged and within 24 hours of me contacting support I got a response stating that they sent replacement parts. Overall worth it.

I love this bench! It’s very convenient and wasn’t too difficult to set up. I was a little too eager and didn’t realize this was JUST the bench but I was able to get some weights and a bar, not a traditional bar but it still works just fine. It’s sturdy and comfortable to work out on and I really appreciate the bumpers for when you’re working out alone, which is super safe, and the ease of adjusting the bench. I still have yet to fold the bench part up but my fiance feels that it’s not necessary right now.

Super happy with this weight bench! The assembly was quick and easy, everything was clearly labeled, and I had it set up in no time. It feels sturdy, comfortable, and perfect for home workouts. Definitely a great buy!

Weight bench works good, I like the fact that it is foldable and easy to store and hide away, no issues with any parts except that the attachment for the preacher curl weights is too small for the weights I have, the bar that you put weights on is a lot smaller and so when you try to put weights on it they are loose. This is fine though because the pin still holds them in place and they don’t really move. The adjustability of all the parts is nice as well. Overall it is a worth it bench definitely recommend.

This set was actually fun to put together! It's so easy to use and takes up so little floor space, because it folds, that I bought another one for the basement. Amazing weight bench for the price.

Love this bench set but only one thing is off about it. It's the leg curl. When I lay on the bench to put my feet under to do the curl, the bench bar hurts my knees and thighs.
