Hex-Clad 12" griddle
I got this Hex-Clad griddle because I do a lot of things like pancakes, sausage patties, etc.Food doesn't stick to it and there's lots of room. Cleanup is easy. Not the best for bacon because it won't hold a lot of grease run off from the bacon.

Stellar pans if you can follow easy care instructions
I saw in a review or two, customers complain of food sticking and these pans not being what they expected. So far in what I've experienced, they have far exceeded my expectations. I did just as the instructions advise, and did a quick seasoning and then proceeded to cook with it, with a spritz of olive oil. My eggs have been sliding right out of the pan, use after use.

Good investment!
I brought the 12 inch griddle pan for everyday use. It is a great product - a little pricey but worth every $$. The size, quality and the fact that it is non stick is good for making rotis, parathas, dosas, chappatis and frying cutlets etc. It comes with a life long warranty. The only catch is that it is heavy for me personally. I don’t like to wash this product in the dishwasher so I clean it manually. The problem that I have faced so far is that because of the size the heat distribution isn’t even which is fine as it does over time but not instantly. Hence, there are heat marks post first use that I am unable to get rid of. However, it hasn’t affected product performance. It is durable and doesn’t have a lid.Overall a good investment as it is made up of anything material that isn’t harmful for human body.

So far, so good...
So far, they are working great. Will have to see how long the non-stick works.

Disappointed – Build-up Issues and Warranty Is Practically Useless
I used this pan with great care, mainly for cooking Indian dosas, and always followed the cleaning instructions. Despite that, I started noticing a sticky build-up that wouldn’t go away. Eventually, the coating became unusable.I reached out to HexClad thinking the “lifetime warranty” would cover this, but they declined my claim. Turns out, the warranty excludes almost everything under the sun — including build-up, overheating, sticky surface, and what they call “excessive wear and tear.” Here’s a snippet of what they told me was excluded:• Minor/cosmetic damage• Use of high heat• Build-up/stickiness• Improper cleaning (even if you think you’re doing it right)• Warping• Prolonged heat exposure…and more.So basically, if you actually cook with it, you’re probably not covered.Just a heads-up for anyone buying this expecting the pan to last or be backed by meaningful support. Disappointed with both the product and the warranty experience.

Needs Seasoning before Use
This pan looks to be good for induction stove cooking, with a raised surface with non-stick surface . I have a similar saucepan which works well, but in reading review online (not here), I have decided to return this pan: the cost was very high (I've never paid that much for any cookware), and from what I have read, it has to be seasoned before using it. I have never had to "season" a non-stick pan before, though I know some cast iron required that. Cast iron is just too heavy for me to use, I was looking for a non-stick pan with lighter weight. This one seems OK but the reviews are turning me off. By the way (I suspected where it was made), the box says "made in P.R.C." - which is "Peoples Republic of China". I'm going to try to find a non stick griddle or get a stainless steel one.

Hip Cookware
These pans are cool. Expensive, but cool.Nothing sticks to these pans, easy to clean and lifetime warranty. Packaging is even clever and makes unboxing fun.
