Budget friendly option and working great

Water takes time to heat up and gets cold within seconds
Do not order this product if you want to use it in your bathroom. Apparently their technician Salim says it cannot be used for shower and his supervisor Ashish says it is supposed to be a kitchen geyser. Takes time to heat up and gives hot water for less than 2 mins. AO Smith technicians abruptly tells me I should have bought a boiler instead of a geyser.... Never had such a pathetic service for any of the product from Amazon.. Waste of money and time with this AO Smith Geyser. I hope no one else after this is stuck with this useless geyser

Be peaceful, by AO SMITH, just buy water pipes (300 rs) additionally. That's it
It's a wonderful purchase on Amazon. The service engineer had on scheduled time and done the work very nicely. Really impressed 👏. He has not demanded any other amount as it was a free ao smith Brand installation. But one thing to remember while purchasing this is buying a separate water hose pipe, ofcourse it does not cost much, it comes at around 300 rupees. The geyser working perfectly, it has thermostat, Heating quickly and we can expect peaceful bath wit it's running hot water.

Good but connecting pipes not included
Good Product. But you have to purchase connecting pipes separately. It will be good if the pipes are included.
