worked like a charm
This definitely worked to relieve gas pains and fast acting too. Does not taste bad for a medicine. Good value for the money and I am not upset at the ingredients. I recommend this gas relief medication.

This Ain't the original Kaopectate kaolinite & pectin.
This is not the original kaopectate taken for diarrhea (kaolinite & pectin as the emollient), which apparently is no longer on the market. It could be that somebody bought the trademark & is now using this for something quite different, namely an anti-gas ingredient, Simethicone. (Kaopectate may also be used for other OTC drugs.) I think that Simethicone may be useful to combat esophageal reflux. So on that assumption, I give it 4 stars. So if I take Calcium Carbonate (anti-acid), I may add a teaspone of Simethicone to the Calcium Carbonate. Simethicone is commonly added to antacid liquids.
