Inside are blue gummy bears roughly the standard size of regular old gummy bears. They're firmer then your standard gummy bear and the texture is different. Not bad, just different. The odor from the bottle is pleasant. It's almost what you'd expect the color blue to smell like. Some sort of berry. Tastes about the same as it smells. I typically avoid taking supplements in the gummy form because of the added sugars, however this makes it really easy to travel with Creatine. Typically it's in powered form and that's often a pain. These are convenient and taste good. I'll probably stick with powdered form and use these when I travel.
