188 pounds, 5'6", on the curvier side, had 2 kids. This suit is AMAZING! I purchased XL and XXL to see which would fit Better and and the XL fit perfect. I have a 35 inch waist, and the XL size chart is 31.9 inches however it fits perfect with slight compression which I love after having kids. And the Best part, no Bra needed! The most buttery and soft cami I’ve had in a long time. It’s extremely thick which means I don’t have to wear a bra and it also has a compression fit so it squeezes everything in. I bought one and had to buy two other colors!

(Background: 5"7; 191 lbs; a size 12-14/44 in most tops and bottoms; busty (38DDD). I also have a long torso. I ordered a LARGE for a snug fit. These are decent quality in terms of fabric. You can go braless and add cakes for your nips. I tend to not go braless so i had issues: if i pulled it down to support my long torso i showed my bra, if i pulled it up to conceil my bra i hurt my lady parts. If you dont have large breasts and a long torso, you should be fine.
