Perfect for keeping the strong sun off

Priced at £21 when reviewed, this looks to be an attractive fairly priced hat.The size I chose was a M/L, based on the size chart. My head size is 58cm, and with the adjustment provided at the rear, it is a great fit.It is a little disappointing that there is no small pocket included, as this is always handy to put a little money into, as with some other similar hats.The neck strap is a useful addition, and will prevent the hat blowing away in a gust of wind if worn! It is also removeable, although I tend to leave these on and simply tuck in into the hat when not needed, that way it is not lost!The fabric is nice, and feels comfortable against the skin, and I like the fact the hat can be easily folded up and popped into a back pack/shoulder bag without taking up any room. It also regains its shape well.The brim certainly is large enough to provide shade to your ears and face when worn, which is not always true of similar styles hats.All up I like this hat and it will become my first choice for this style when on holiday or days out to the beach etc.

Why did you choose this product over others?:This was well made, comfortable and genuinely did cool your head as soon as you put it on. Don't know how, but it did. Fantastic to be abroad in.

Very pleased with hat keeps the sun off my head and keeps me cool

I work outside all day and in the summer I always need a hat to protect my head and neck. I've bought a good few hats for this reason in the past, but this is the best hat by miles.It's well made, it's wide enough to protect my neck and face. I got the XL size and it fits my fat head perfectly. The holes in the back do a great job of ventilating air. The chin strap is perfect to stop the hat blowing off my head if it's windy.It may be slightly costly, but it's well worth the money.
