I got this for a present for my grandson. He has some affinity for how things work, and what makes tops stay upright when spinning. He has a thing for items that spin, like watching the dryer spin when he was a toddler. The colors are exiting, the tops work, and I can imagine him having a lot of fun not just playing, but seeing if one top out spins another if it is the shape, if one wins the battle more than another etc. He likes ceiling fans, garage opening and closing, you get the picture. I hope this will be a great Christmas gift for him. It is bright and peaked my curiosity, so I hope it does so even more for him.

Bey Blades *burst* into our lives rather unexpectedly (pun intended) over the summer and we have played nonstop since. I don't have to tell anyone that official BB are pretty pricey ... so I was thrilled to find this set as a Vine offering. I was worried Oldest might find them inferior in some way (I will admit that REAL BBs seem sturdier), but he loves them. This set arrived as shown with each piece intact and in perfect condition. He is so happy with the compound launcher! The tops are compatible with authentic Bey Blades and he and his friends routinely challenge each other using both Bey Blades and these less expensive models without discretion. He also LOVES the case which features foam cut-outs to protect his favorite tops. Buying more for holiday gifts!

All 12 beyblades where scratched and really loose I not happy

Yeah so these are off brand beyblades or whatever, which you've probably figured out pretty quickly. Didn't realize that beyblades were a brand name or something, but here we are.These act like what you'd expect for off brand beyblades. They spin, sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. They feel kind of janky sometimes, just like real beyblades. The box they come in is fine, the launchers are again janky sometimes, just like beyblade launchers. Maybe they'll fall apart in a week or something, just like real beyblades.The biggest thing this is missing is an arena, so you either have to get one of those or just run these on the floor or something, which doesn't really work in the spirit of beyblades. You know, you'll figure it out.

These are pretty durable and easy to set up. For the price you can't go wrong! This kit is super fun, the kids love it!

So this is a pretty heavy duty set of spinners, I will give it that. And the fun factor is there, for the most part. The value for the money would be good if I received a new full set. What I received was a used, partial set. As you can see in photos the launch units were scratched and clearly had been used previously. The red launcher had a handle, but the blue launcher did not, so there is always a disadvantage for the player with no handle, as the handle does make it much easier to launch. The spinners all have different tips, which is odd. Some have pointy tips which spin well and are great, but others have a flat area with a divot in the center. (You can see in the photo, the purple one has a divot, and the blue one has a point.) The non-pointy ones will “walk” or more like “run” because there is no point. It’s “pointless” to try to use these in a fair competition. Haha. Dad jokes. :)Too bad this set was not complete and not new as this made it tough to give a fair review, but overall this felt like a 3 star product even if we had of gotten a brand new set. Mainly due to the odd tips on spinners, but also that the handle did not fit well on the launcher and seemed like it was not a well-thought-out design.
