I initially bought this to help with elevated glucose and A1C levels. After taking for a few months, my levels are back to normal also while watching for added sugar. And added benefit is this has also helped to stabilize my blood pressure and CRP results. I have been working to reduce my CRP for years and this has seemed to make a big difference. Going to put this on auto ship.

I ALWAYS wake up with my blood sugar in the mid 200’s before it comes back down and normalizes. I have been taking this every morning for about a week and for the first time in a decade my morning numbers are below 200 and slowing going down by the day.

My daughter said to get ceylon cinnamon. So I got this product out of fridge to show her I had it already. She said ya thats it. Love the flavor and ingredients. Its good on fish too with lemon.

This product is amazing! So far so good. This product is a winner It’s doing everything it says it should do I feel better, I sleep well and I feel energized after taking it.

Very good product, taste great I think it’s value for money, the quality is very good not to mention the ingredients, highly recommend if you have high blood pressure.

Was well packaged. Came just as advertised. Product stop the craving and hungry. I dont think about food like I did before. Have more energy and clarity. I love it so far.

I ordered this directly from the manufacturer's website, originally. Then, since it was cheaper on Amazon, I ordered it from Amazon. Be very careful w this product. The bottle I got from Amazon was different ~ viscosity, taste & had floating particles in it~ AND, as others have noted, the dropper is defective, making it impossible to accurately dose. Over the course of taking this, I finally stopped when I felt faint w muscle weakness after strange drugged like dreams, with an all day "hangover" the next day- feeling like I got no sleep. I took this for 6 weeks, and the affects got progressively worse, with me feeling confused, very drowsy in the morning. Additionally, the manufacturer is difficult to work with... I wish I could recommend this, but it is like a shot in the dark, to use it to manage blood glucose, with vague amounts of powerful ingredients (like chromium) in each dose and "natural flavors." Sadly I do not recommend. The manufacturer was difficult to get answers from... they claim 3rd party testing, but cannot provide any evidence of that...
