Amazing product I just buy 20 days before and use everyday it's so good it's excellent even..

Received in good condition and this robot vacuum works really well. Just need to let it map out the entire area and then set the no go zones and it does all the rest. The app is intuitive and easy to use. Overall a excellent machine for the price and value for money.

Good item. But parts are not easily available

Has not worked from day 1. Doesn't auto empty even if it's NOT in DND mode.Switches OFF when on the dock, so wverytime you have to manually pull out of the dock, switch on and then give the cleaning instructions. No service in a city like Mumbai. I was asked to send the device to Bangalore with NO paperwork or NO commitment of Turnaround time. Get any cleaner but not this brand.

Excellent cleaning and mopping quality after being used for 4months. The Products build quality is good. We are using it for multiple floors without facing navigation or map related issues. U have to select the respective floor map to clean that particular floor otherwise it will get confuse sometimes. Auto empty feature is really good we just cleared the dust only.twice 8n these 4 months.

The product is amazing. Cleans very well. Worth every penny. Great product in this price range. It maps the area very well. Cleans perfectly awesome.

One of the worst product don't buy because I bought it before eight days but now water is not comming out of water pump and they are saying need to be replaced and water tank causes 8000

The media could not be loaded. I have been using dreame bot since 2 months. Sweeping function works well (except for corners) you can increase or decrease the suction power as well. However I'm not completely satisfied with mopping. This is my first time purchase of bot cleaner. I wish I had bought rotating mop feature one with auto mop cleaning. This model has only auto dust vacuuming, we have to clean the mop manually. And for a whole house we have to stop the cleaning in between and remove the mop and clean manually, which is again tedious and time consuming. This is not completely hands free, we need to remove tangled hairs everyday and clean the bot and dock station once a week. Mopping is not very good, house looks clean for 3-4 days, later the dust sticking to tiles can be seen as my house has white tiles. So we need to clean the house by ourselves atleast once a week as mopping doesn't clean perfectly like 100% clean or even 90% clean. After reading the reviews here, I believed this will eliminate our dependency on maids as they are very unreliable. But if given a choice, I would either hire a maid or buy a model with auto mop cleaning but not this model, as it requires time to operate this like cleaning the mop, filling water to tank, clearing mats (gets stuck in the bot and stops functioning), make sure tiny sharp particles are not on the floor as it can cut the rubber vacuuming brush.Also filter needs to cleaning once a week, it's not very good at vacuuming hair, it gets tangled in the side and main brush which we again have to clean once a week. If we look at saving money by buying this and not hiring a maid, we need to consider electricity bill as well. If you are someone who cares about time and hygiene more than money, then go for a higher features model.
